How should dust removal bags be maintained after use?

1. Dust cleaning: High frequency agitation is used to completely remove larger dust particles that enter the filter bag wall, without affecting the entanglement fastness of the fibers, maintaining the good condition of the filter bag and the ease of dust and dirt removal.

2. Chemical test processing: Extract bag samples, use instruments to test and detect the oil pollution components of the filter bag, and then use habitual washing materials to clean the filter bag without causing any harm to the filter bag.

3. Soaking: Use appropriate chemical agents to soak the filter bag, remove oil stains and dirt from the gaps of the filter bag, and add the breathable function of the filter bag.

4. Cleaning: Choose suitable washing materials and strictly mix them. Low temperature water cleaning, uniform water flow, moderate strength, no mechanical damage to the filter bag.

5. Drying: Use hot air at around 110 degrees Celsius for drying to maintain the dimensional stability of the filter bag. After drying, the filter bag will not deform or shrink.

6. Correction: Correct the damaged filter bags caused by wear and corrosion during use, resulting in a high reuse rate. For damaged filter bag accessories, our company will provide new accessories to customers at cost price.
